Our Limited Happiness Guarantee ensures support if a service booked through YachtService.VIP does not meet the standards outlined in your agreement with the contractor. If you are dissatisfied, contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will facilitate communication with the contractor or explore solutions as outlined in our Dispute Resolution Policy. Please note that YachtService.VIP acts as a marketplace and is not responsible for the actions or performance of independent contractors.
